Champion racehorse Bella Nipotina has officially retired following an illustrious career.
The remarkable mare secured multiple Group 1 victories, including triumphing in the richest turf race at Royal Randwick last year.
Throughout her career, spanning 57 races, she achieved 11 wins, with four of those at the top level.

Bella Nipotina’s last outing took place at the VRC Champions Sprint last November.
Trainer Ciaron Maher shared the announcement through the stable’s social media on Tuesday.
“A mare filled with heart, determination, and an unbeatable spirit—Bella has provided us with unforgettable moments,” he remarked.
“She is now set to begin a new chapter in the breeding barn, and we are confident she will pass on her exceptional qualities to future offspring.”
Over her more than five-year career, Bella Nipotina amassed nearly $19 million in prize money for her connections.
In addition to last year’s Everest win with Craig Williams aboard, notable victories included the Doomben 10,000 and the Manikato Stakes.
