NRLW standout Jaime Chapman has voiced her concerns on social media regarding a ‘damaging’ incident involving manipulated images of herself that have surfaced online.
In a post on her Instagram story, Chapman indicated that she has been targeted by deepfake technology more than once and expressed her outrage towards the individual behind it.
Sharing an unaltered photo that had been tampered with alongside a picture of the beach, she stated, “Wishing a lovely day to everyone except those who create fake AI images of others, sending all my love.”

“Please consider the impact this can have on an individual and their families next time you contemplate such actions.
“This has occurred multiple times and it needs to cease.”
In the previous year, Chapman participated in eight matches for the Gold Coast Titans, securing three tries.
She also represented NSW on the wing during the opening Origin match this year, contributing to their 32-12 victory.
