Star forward Harry McKay from Carlton is poised to make his return at Gather Round after a three-week absence due to personal matters.
The 27-year-old has missed the last three AFL games for the Blues but showcased his talent in the VFL last weekend, where he netted two goals.
As reported by Tom Morris from 9News Melbourne, the imposing forward will accompany his teammates on the flight to Adelaide and is anticipated to play against West Coast.

“I can confirm that Harry McKay will be on the flight tomorrow,” he stated on Wednesday.
“He’s expected to be selected and take to the field against the Eagles.”
This news is a significant boost for the Blues, who find themselves languishing at the lower end of the table and are yet to secure a win after four rounds, increasing the pressure on the club.
While McKay faced scrutiny for opting to play in the VFL instead of the senior team, those doubts will now be alleviated.
Both teams are under pressure to secure a win, with the Eagles also seeking their first victory of the season.
Carlton will clash with West Coast at the early timeslot of 1:20pm AEST on Saturday.
