West Coast Eagles’ versatile player Tyrell Dewar faces an anxious wait after he struck North Melbourne’s Zac Fisher high during the first quarter of their match.
Fisher attempted a banana kick from the boundary line and managed to release the ball before Dewar made contact.
Dewar raised both arms and made contact with Fisher’s head, resulting in a free kick. Fisher initially kicked a behind and repeated the effort with his next attempt.
“A bit clumsy there, wasn’t it? Caught him in the head,” Nick Dal Santo commented on Fox Footy.
