You’re discussing MILLIONS – Prominent Aussie talent on the brink of significant transfer fee? | Total A-Leagues Episode 25
As the 2024-25 Isuzu UTE A-League season nears its climax, teams are gearing up for the second last round of fixtures.
Perth Glory is set to fly over to New Zealand this weekend, where they will compete against Auckland FC and Wellington Phoenix to conclude their regular season campaign. Head coach David Zdrilic has announced that Sebastian Despotovski, the son of Glory legend Bobby, will be included in their squad for the trip across the Tasman.
Bobby Despotovski scored over 100 goals for the Glory from 1996 to 2007, and now his son Sebastian has secured a place in Zdrilic’s first-team line-up after impressively shining in the NPL recently.
Despotovski joins the Glory squad following an outstanding performance, netting four goals in just 53 minutes against Perth RedStar last Saturday.
