Real Madrid’s forward Rodrygo (24) expressed his appreciation for the interest shown by other clubs but affirmed his desire to remain at the LaLiga club for many more years.
This season, Rodrygo has netted 12 goals and registered eight assists in 31 appearances across all competitions for Real. Reports have indicated that he received substantial mid-season offers from various teams in the Saudi Arabian league.
“The specifics of the offers from Saudi Arabia are primarily handled by my father, who acts as my agent, and the club. I’m not fully informed on the particulars. I truly appreciate the interest from other teams,” Rodrygo remarked to the media on Monday.
“I’m very content here. I’ve been at this club for some time now. I always say that playing in the Champions League while wearing this shirt is the most special experience.”
Rodrygo’s current contract with Real Madrid is set to run until 2028.

Real Madrid is set to face Manchester City away on Tuesday in the first leg of their knockout playoff, having both missed automatic qualification for the last 16 under the new Champions League format.
