The line-ups for the final matches of PSV and Ajax have been announced.
PSV, at the top of the league, travel to face Sparta Rotterdam and require a victory to clinch their second consecutive league title. They have kept the same starting XI that secured a convincing 4-1 win over Heracles Almelo last Wednesday. Right-back Sergino Dest maintains his place in the starting line-up, leaving fellow American Richard Ledezma on the bench, while Ismael Saibari starts for the second match in a row, taking the place of Guus Til.
Veteran winger Ivan Perisic, who is in excellent form, holds his position on the right flank in what might be his final performance for PSV. The Croatian, a World Cup finalist, has found the back of the net in four of the past five fixtures, amassing a total of six goals during that spell.

Over on the Ajax side, manager Francesco Farioli has opted for five changes in his squad. The Amsterdam-based team, who find themselves trailing by a point after conceding a last-gasp equaliser in their previous match against FC Groningen, will feature Owen Wijndal, Lucas Rosa, Davy Klaassen, Youri Regeer, and Steven Berghuis in their home clash against FC Twente. This adjustment sees Jorthy Mokio, Kian Fitz-Jim, Mika Godts, and Bertrand Traore starting from the bench. Meanwhile, right-back Anton Gaaei is suspended and will miss Ajax’s final game of the season.
Kenneth Taylor will nominally take up the left-wing position, with Lucas Rosa stepping into Gaaei’s role in defence.

In a surprising twist, Oliver Edvardsen appears on the Ajax bench despite reports claiming he had suffered a season-ending knee injury. This was confirmed by Farioli prior to last Sunday’s match against NEC, but it seems he could feature against FC Twente after all.
Both matches are set to kick off at 14:30 CET.
