Perth Glory’s football director, Stan Lazaridis, has announced that Austrian powerhouse RB Salzburg is keen to secure the signature of rising teenage defender, Andriano Lebib.
A product of Perth’s youth academy, Lebib has made a total of eight appearances in the Isuzu UTE A-League since making his debut in the 2023-24 season, with seven of those matches played this season alone.

The 19-year-old’s impressive performances have not gone unnoticed, as Lazaridis revealed that the 17-time Austrian Bundesliga champions are expressing interest in the young talent. He shared insights regarding Perth Glory’s direction and aspirations following their second consecutive last-place finish.

“It is what it is, folks. I’m not here to make excuses; my focus is on proposing solutions for our future direction,” Lazaridis stated during an interview with ‘Nice Drop of Port’.
