Alex Rufer and Rhyan Grant will be sidelined for Round 24 of the Isuzu UTE A-League season after both players received their fifth yellow card of the season during a heated confrontation in the Sunday night fixture between Sydney FC and Wellington Phoenix at Allianz Stadium, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
The pair found themselves at the centre of the altercation, which was ignited by a challenge from Kosta Barbarouses on Sydney FC midfielder Leo Sena.
