The FIA Girls on Track have unveiled the Race Of Champions Empower Program, providing young women aged 18-22 from the Greater Sydney area with an exceptional chance to gain practical experience at one of the globe’s most esteemed motorsport events.
For the very first time, the Race Of Champions (ROC) is set to unfold at Accor Stadium in Sydney from 6-8 March 2025, assembling leading drivers and motorsport devotees from across the world.
Collaborating with Motorsport Australia’s FIA Girls on Track initiative, the Race Of Champions Empower Program aims to immerse participants in the exhilarating realm of motorsport. This unique programme will offer vital behind-the-scenes access, enabling young women to work with industry experts and gain insight into the vibrant mechanisms that underpin a global motorsport spectacle.

- Media relations
- Hospitality experiences

Applications Now Open
Applications for the Race Of Champions Empower Program are now open to young women aged 18-22 living in the Greater Sydney area. Due to limited spaces, interested individuals are urged to submit their applications promptly.

Available positions encompass:
Show Team (1 position)
Gain experience with the show team, ensuring that show acts are prepared on schedule to avoid any delays, and assist with the performers to ensure a smooth and timely broadcasted show.
Passenger Team (6 positions)
Work with the passenger team to guarantee passengers arrive punctually, complete their waiver forms, and are appropriately dressed, ready to go. This is a fast-paced environment – readiness is crucial as the cars will not wait.
Social Media Team (1 position)
Collaborate with the social media manager to coordinate posts and ensure timely updates. The social media team is dynamic, requiring organisational skills and creative insights.
Media & Driver Team (1 position)
This role will involve working alongside the media and driver teams according to site needs, helping ensure that drivers are in the correct locations when required and resolving any other immediate issues throughout the day.
Behind the Scenes Tour Support (2 positions)
Learn from the hospitality professionals while assisting with the VIP behind-the-scenes tours during ROC 2025. VIPs will get an exclusive look at the event’s inner workings, making this role ideal for someone outgoing, chatty, and knowledgeable about motorsport.
Eligibility and Application Process
The Race Of Champions Empower Program is available to young women residing in the Greater Sydney area, aged 18-22. To apply, candidates must submit a CV and cover letter through the official application form, as well as acquire a Motorsport Australia Officials Licence and complete the General Officials Training Module.
