The Central Coast Mariners have announced that five players will be leaving the club’s Isuzu UTE A-League roster.
Among those departing is 23-year-old forward Alou Kuol, who has concluded his second spell with the Mariners. Throughout his time at the club, Kuol has made 83 appearances in the Isuzu UTE A-League and played a pivotal role in the team’s treble-winning campaign during the 2023-24 season.
In that remarkable season, Kuol netted the decisive goal in the AFC Cup final, contributing to the Mariners’ exceptional achievement of clinching both the Isuzu UTE A-League Premiership and Championship titles.
Alongside Kuol, the departures include 2024-25 squad members Noah Smith, Will Wilson, Sasha Kuzevski, and Jack Warshawsky. Young goalkeeper Warshawsky, aged 20, is pursuing a fresh opportunity with an NPL club, while Kuzevski, Wilson, and Smith will part ways following the conclusion of their contracts.
As of now, the Mariners have yet to reveal any new signings for this off-season, following a total of six players leaving the club, including Brian Kaltak’s transfer to Perth Glory.
