In 2025, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have claimed the top spot in the goal-scoring rankings, overtaking Barcelona to become the highest-scoring team in Europe’s top five leagues this year. Their resounding 4-0 win against Atletico Madrid in the Club World Cup propelled them to 105 goals, averaging just under three goals per match.
After wrapping up their Champions League run with a five-goal thrashing of Inter, Luis Enrique’s squad continued their impressive form by opening the Club World Cup with yet another dominant performance.
PSG’s attacking powerhouse seems to have only improved during the brief break, solidifying their status as statistically the most lethal team in Europe.

Throughout all competitions in 2025, PSG has netted 105 goals, three more than Barcelona’s 102. Both clubs share an impressive scoring average of 2.9 goals per match, although Barcelona has played one less game.
Real Madrid trails significantly in third place with 79 goals, while Bayern Munich lags behind with 76, notwithstanding their recent 10-0 victory over Auckland City.
