The final line-ups for PSV and Ajax have been announced ahead of their crucial matches.
League frontrunners PSV are set to take on Sparta Rotterdam away, and a victory is essential for them to clinch their second consecutive league title. Their line-up remains unchanged from their impressive 4-1 triumph over Heracles Almelo last Wednesday. Right-back Sergino Dest keeps fellow American Richard Ledezma on the bench, while Ismael Saibari retains his place in the starting eleven for the second consecutive game, edging out Guus Til.
Veteran Ivan Perisic, who is in outstanding form, continues on the right wing and could be playing his last match for PSV. The Croatian, a former World Cup finalist, has scored in four of his last five appearances, netting a total of six goals in that stretch.

On the other hand, Ajax manager Francesco Farioli has made five changes to his squad. Following a last-minute equaliser from FC Groningen that saw them lose a point in last Wednesday’s clash, the Amsterdam club will line up with Owen Wijndal, Lucas Rosa, Davy Klaassen, Youri Regeer, and Steven Berghuis as they face FC Twente at home. Consequently, Jorthy Mokio, Kian Fitz-Jim, Mika Godts, and Bertrand Traore will start as substitutes. Ajax will be without suspended right-back Anton Gaaei for their final match of the season.
Kenneth Taylor is set to play as a left winger, while Lucas Rosa steps in to occupy the right-side defensive position in place of Gaaei.

A surprising addition to the Ajax bench is Oliver Edvardsen. The Norwegian winger was initially thought to have suffered a season-ending knee injury, as confirmed by Francesco Farioli prior to last Sunday’s match against NEC, but he may make an appearance against FC Twente after all.
Both matches are scheduled to kick off at 14:30 CET.
