Inclement weather failed to thwart the Crows as the Adelaide outfit secured an 18-point victory over the GWS Giants.
Coming into the match on the back of two straight losses, the Crows weathered the heavy rain to solidify their position in the top eight, winning with a scoreline of 7.10 (52) to 4.10 (34) at their home ground.
The low-scoring contest raised some concerns for the home side, particularly as they now await the results of scans on Darcy Fogarty.
Fogarty, who recorded just five possessions, had to leave the field in the third quarter due to a suspected shoulder injury after a collision with GWS’s Harry Himmelberg.

Himmelberg executed a powerful bump that caused Fogarty to immediately clutch his shoulder.
This prompted a worried response from Crows supporters, although Fogarty did manage to briefly return to the field after the incident.

Despite the worries surrounding Fogarty, the Crows managed to score three goals, extending their lead to 23 points as they entered the final quarter.
Young star Darcy Jones from the Giants contributed significantly to an attacking surge in the final minutes, bringing the margin down to 12.
However, his efforts fell short, with late goals from Alex Neal-Bullen and Taylor Walker sealing the win for the Crows.
“It was a great win, very hard-fought,” Walker remarked to Fox Footy after the match.
“There were numerous turnovers, and the ground was quite slippery. But you just have to adapt to what the game presents.”
