Gifted Tamara Steps Up to the Challenge

With a calm demeanor in the face of adversity, a steadfast commitment to safety, and a keen eye for ensuring the welfare of her fellow marshals, Tamara Lancaster truly exemplifies what it means to be a Supercheap Auto Official Superstar.

During the 2024 Bathurst 12 Hour, stationed at Post 13, Tamara encountered two significant incidents on race day. Nevertheless, she maintained her composure, persistently flagging, reporting, and aiding in the cleanup efforts, all whilst prioritising the safety of those around her. Her remarkable focus during trying times, combined with her empathy for her colleagues and her dedication to track safety, shone brightly throughout the event.

In addition to her outstanding performance under pressure, Tamara is a cherished member of the officiating community. Renowned for her infectious positivity, supportive disposition, and sharp sense of humour, she uplifts those in her vicinity.

Nominated by Jacqueline Devereaux, Tamara is celebrated as a Supercheap Auto Official Superstar, recognised for her professionalism, unwavering dedication, and steadfast support for her fellow officials.
