The talented right winger has made a significant impact during his loan at Swiss side Grasshoppers, registering three assists in his past four outings, which has earned him the Player of the Month accolade in the league, just a couple of months into his stint.

Nestory Irankunda from Bayern Munich is off to a remarkable start in his loan tenure at Grasshoppers FC, providing assists for the team’s opener in three of their last four matches, all of which ended in draws.

Lauded by commentator Manuel Iseli as “the most dynamic force in the Grasshoppers attack“, the 19-year-old, who hails from Tanzania, has already made a significant impression in the Swiss Super League, helping to elevate his team from the bottom of the league table.

Irankunda, who recently donned the Socceroos jersey in a match against China in his hometown of Adelaide, is showcasing impressive form as the next FIFA World Cup Qualification window approaches in March.
