The NFL athlete who sounded Canberra’s Viking horn to officially kick off the NRL season in Las Vegas was subsequently removed from the stadium.
NRL sources informed The Sydney Morning Herald that Tyler Manoa was shown the door at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday (AEDT).
The 25-year-old player for the Las Vegas Raiders allegedly caused damage to some property in a corporate bathroom.

Manoa was present at the stadium as a guest of Canberra and had been invited to blow the club’s Viking horn prior to the match against the Warriors.
Having participated in Raiders training earlier that week, he was also scheduled to meet the NRL team in the change rooms after their victory over the Warriors.

However, he was nowhere to be found, having been escorted out of the venue during the match.
Manoa is a defensive lineman with the NFL franchise.
He was given the honour of sounding the Viking horn— a customary act before Raiders home games— after UFC head honcho Dana White declined the invitation.
