Two Raiders players have faced disciplinary action following a hotel altercation just days before the season opener in Las Vegas.
As reported by Nine’s Danny Weidler, the duo was involved in a late-night incident.
The identities of the players involved remain undisclosed at this time.
“It’s been reported that the players were asked to leave the hotel, which was partly due to the scuffle and also because their names could not be found on the registered guest list,” Weidler stated on X.
“This issue arose from a system failure that left some guests waiting for seven hours to check in.”
Ricky Stuart has confirmed the situation, which took place on the team’s first night in Las Vegas.
“I’m aware of the incident,” the coach told The Sydney Morning Herald.

“The event occurred three days ago. I’ve responded firmly. Such actions are irresponsible, and now I need to focus on preparing the team for Saturday.”
Reports from the Herald indicate that the players were involved in a confrontation in the hotel corridors before being escorted out by security, with an inflatable baseball bat in their possession.
They were eventually allowed to return to their rooms, despite initially being mistakenly directed to one of the Penrith player’s rooms.
Canberra is set to face the Warriors in the second of four fixtures on Sunday (AEDT).
