Matt Kuhnemann has undergone ICC testing concerning his bowling action, leaving the Australian spinner in a state of anxious anticipation regarding his career trajectory.
As highlighted by The Sydney Morning Herald through AAP, the 28-year-old spent over an hour undergoing tests at the national performance centre last weekend.
The ICC officials closely monitored Kuhnemann throughout the entire procedure.
This scrutiny follows the left-arm orthodox bowler being flagged for his action during the two-Test series against Sri Lanka, where he claimed 16 wickets in Galle.
During the testing, he was equipped with markers on his body and was filmed by multiple high-speed cameras, with results expected within the coming week.

Should his action be ruled illegal, Kuhnemann would face a suspension until he rectifies the identified issues.
“Matthew has completed the assessment conducted at the National Cricket Centre in Brisbane,” stated Cricket Australia in an official release.
“The ICC will reach a decision in due time. Neither Cricket Australia nor Matthew will be providing any public commentary at this moment.”
If cleared, Kuhnemann will be eligible to conclude his bowling duties in the Sheffield Shield season with Tasmania and be available for Test selection later this year.
